To assist international participants with their travel documentation process, Research Foundation provides an official Invitation Letter confirming conference participation. This document is issued in English and can be used as supporting documentation. Please note that this letter does not guarantee approval from authorities, as all decisions are made independently by the respective embassies or consulates.

How to Request the Invitation Letter

Participants can receive the Invitation Letter by completing the following steps:

Complete the conference registration along with payment

Receive the Registration Form link after confirmation

Submit the form with all required details

After verification, the Invitation Letter will be issued
