The Research Foundation (RF) invites academicians, researchers, scholars, and industry professionals to participate as speakers at its upcoming conferences and academic forums. Speaker sessions are designed to promote the exchange of innovative ideas, research outcomes, and professional experiences among participants from universities, research institutions, and industry sectors.

Apply Eligibility

Who Can Apply as
a Speaker

You may apply to become a speaker if you:

💡 Previous conference speaking experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Are a faculty member, researcher, postgraduate scholar, or industry professional

Possess expertise in a recognized academic or professional discipline

Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or equivalent

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and presentation skills

Have an interest in sharing research findings, case studies, or professional insights

Responsibilities

Role & Requirements

Role of a Conference Speaker

Delivering a 10–15 minute presentation during the conference session
Presenting research findings, case studies, or emerging concepts
Engaging with participants during interactive discussions and Q&A sessions
Contributing to the academic quality and knowledge exchange of the conference

Requirements After Selection

Submit a short abstract or topic summary for evaluation
Provide presentation slides and a speaker profile within the given timeline
Ensure that all submitted content is original and professionally prepared
Follow the presentation schedule and guidelines shared by the organizing committee
Participate in a technical rehearsal if the presentation is conducted virtually
