This document is issued in English and can be used as supporting documentation. Please note that this letter does not guarantee approval from authorities, as all decisions are made independently by the respective embassies or consulates.
Participants can receive the Invitation Letter by completing the following steps:
Complete the conference registration along with payment
Receive the Registration Form link after confirmation
Submit the form with all required details
After verification, the Invitation Letter will be issued
The Invitation Letter is provided only for support and does not influence approval decisions.
Processing time varies by country; participants are advised to apply early.
