Eligibility Criteria - Become a Speaker at Research Foundation Conferences
The Research Foundation invites qualified educators, researchers, scholars, and industry experts to participate as speakers in its upcoming academic events. Becoming a speaker provides an excellent platform to share your expertise,
strengthen your professional profile, and contribute meaningfully to the national research and academic community.
Eligibility Criteria
You may apply to be a speaker if you:
- Are a faculty member, researcher, postgraduate scholar, or industry professional
- Hold expertise in a relevant academic or professional discipline
- Possess a minimum of a postgraduate qualification (M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., etc.)
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and proficiency in English
- Have prior experience in delivering academic presentations (preferred but not mandatory)
Role of a Speaker
As an invited speaker, you will:
- Present a 10–15-minute talk during the conference
- Deliver your research insights or topic expertise clearly and professionally
- Participate in Q&A sessions and engage with attendees
- Represent your institution or organization responsibly and professionally
Responsibilities
Upon selection, speakers are required to:
- Submit a brief abstract or topic overview for evaluation
- Provide presentation slides and a speaker profile within the specified timeline
- Follow all conference guidelines and schedules shared by the organizing committee
- Ensure that all submitted content is original and free from plagiarism
- Attend a technical rehearsal if participating virtually
- Be present for your scheduled session without delay
- Respond promptly to communication from the Research Foundation team
